Last updated October 2, 2026. This draft describes the data the current Free Yearly Calendars app actually uses.
Operator and contact details are being added. This page is a draft until those details are published.
Who is responsible
The operator name and contact address are pending. They will be published on the contact page before this draft is treated as complete.
Calendar designs, photos, and PDFs
Calendar colors, notes, layouts, and uploaded photos are processed in your browser. The PDF is generated on your device. This design state is not saved across visits, and the app does not upload your calendar photos or notes to its database.
Email and quiz information
The app stores information you knowingly submit in private backend tables:
- Planner download: email address, signup source, download count, and related timestamps.
- Custom calendar tools: email address, whether the unlock came from color or photo controls, unlock count, and timestamps.
- Updates subscription: email address and creation time.
- Calendar quiz: email address, answers, recommended layout, and creation time.
The forms describe Free Yearly Calendars email use before submission. An email delivery provider and formal unsubscribe process have not yet been configured, so the site does not claim that monthly or promotional messages are currently sent automatically. Older records should not be treated as marketing consent unless the notice shown at collection supports that conclusion.
Why information is used
Submitted information supports the requested download or unlock, records signup and download activity, produces a quiz recommendation, and records interest in Free Yearly Calendars updates. It may be used for related email content only in line with the notice shown when the address was submitted.
Local storage and URLs
Your browser stores the cookie-choice record, whether custom tools were unlocked, whether the current browser has subscribed, and whether the planner popup appeared in the current tab session. Personalized countdown titles, dates, times, and themes can be placed in the share URL; anyone who receives that URL can see those values, so do not put sensitive information in a shared countdown.
Service providers and external requests
The hosting and backend providers process requests and may keep routine security, network, and error logs that can include IP address, browser/device details, requested page, timestamps, and error context. Google Fonts receives normal request information when fonts load. The hosting region lookup at /cdn-cgi/trace is used to decide whether to show the privacy-choice banner. Blog images are served from the app's managed image storage; source-credit links open Pexels only if you choose them.
Advertising and analytics
No advertising or analytics tag is currently installed. The device-local choice banner does not itself enable ads or analytics. If either is added, this policy and the notice must be updated before those technologies are enabled.
Retention, sharing, and security
No automatic deletion schedule has been configured. Information is retained until a deletion process is applied. It may be handled by hosting, database, error-reporting, and future email-delivery providers only as needed to operate the service; it is not described as sold. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise perfect security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on local law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of personal information. A request channel will be available when the pending contact email is published. Browser settings can remove local data now. See the Cookies & Local Storage Policy for exact keys and controls.
Changes
This policy will be updated when operator details, an email provider, advertising, analytics, or materially different data use is introduced. The updated date will change at the top.
